Torres Labs LLC (“Torres Labs,” “we,” “us”) is an AI engineering consultancy based at 786 San Remo Dr, Weston, FL 33326, United States. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit our website at torreslabs.ai or engage our services.

Information you provide

When you book a discovery call, contact us by email, or submit a coaching application, we collect your name, email address, company name or social handle when provided, and any details you share about your project, application, or requirements.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog Cloud to collect usage data such as page views, link clicks, referral sources, country, device, and browser type. On the Juan link page, we also track whether a coaching application was submitted, but we do not send the form contents to PostHog. PostHog may use cookies or local storage to distinguish sessions.

4. Client data

In the course of providing services, we may access client systems and data (such as advertising accounts, analytics platforms, or content management tools) as authorized by the client. We access this data solely to perform the services agreed upon. We do not sell, share, or redistribute client data to third parties. All client data is processed on secure, private infrastructure.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Coolify on Atlas, website and application hosting
  • PostHog Cloud, website and product analytics
  • Calendly, appointment scheduling
  • Resend, transactional email delivery for forms and notifications
  • Google APIs, Sheets, Analytics, Search Console, and Ads (on behalf of clients, with their authorization)
  • Meta APIs, advertising data retrieval (on behalf of clients, with their authorization)

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information necessary to use each service.

6. Data security

We store credentials and tokens as encrypted environment variables on private infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel (the founder and operator of Torres Labs). We do not store payment information directly, all payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

7. Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship or as needed to provide services. Client data access is revoked when services are terminated. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at juantorreslabs.ai.
