I'm Juan Torres. I spent years as a software engineer at Google, Bloomberg, Meta, and Amazon, and now I run Torres Labs on my own. I don't employ other engineers and I don't outsource.
You work with me directly. I help choose the first workflow, build the AI employees, and answer the phone when something breaks. Right now four of them are running every week for a nonprofit with a budget over $100 million, and I built and run all four myself.
I don't do slide decks or long contracts, and there is no account manager between us.
